Although rare, we hate it when something like this occurs to our customers. We know it sucks when arrangements are delivered late especially when you spent your hard earned money.  We totally understand how you feel, because as consumers ourselves, we have been through it as well. All we ask is that you please be mindful that sometimes it is out of our hands. 

If the item you ordered was shipped through Fedex or UPS, your item is essentially out of our hands and in control of the carrier. If your order was delivered late by a florist, please understand there are sometimes unforseen circumstances that can occur, which has nothing to do with why your order arrived late/early. 

In circumstances like these, we do deeply apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer any kind of recourse under these circumstances. But there are those rare instances where there is some human error involved on our end. Please refer to our replacement and refund policy guide for further help regarding this matter.
