What Can I do If I Entered the Wrong Address:

1)  If you found out that you just entered the wrong recipient's address, and the new address requires just a change to the house number or street, then this is an easy fix. We will contact the florist on your behalf and just update them on the new address. 

2)  If the address entered is in a different zip code, city, and/or state, then the original order *MUST BE CANCELED* and re-routed to another florist. If this is the case, then your order may be delayed up to 1 or 2 days. 

If You Entered The Wrong Address and Your Order is For Same-Day Delivery.

1)  Changes can easily be made if the fulfilling florist shop can deliver within their respective delivery radius. Most orders outside of the florists radius will have to be canceled and the order must be rerouted to a new florist. If this is the case, the order will have to be for next day delivery (unless you contact us before 11:00 am for FRUIT orders, and before 2:00 pm for Flowers).

2)  If the order is for same day delivery and it needs to be sent to a completely different zip code, city, and/or state, then the order needs to be canceled, and a new order needs to be created for a new Florist to fulfill your order. If contacted after 11:00am for Fruit orders, or 2:00pm for flower order, then your order will be re-scheduled for next day delivery, or the following week Monday if the order is changed on a Saturday.
